The Alley Oop Project presents the RSL Hervey Bay, Headspace Hervey Bay, Rebel Sport Hervey Bay and Wide Bay Basketball’s 2023 School Holiday Training Camps held at PCYC Hervey Bay

Total 12 hours of quality training, coaching & development delivered by a fully qualified coach, trainer, instructor and therapist.

Each day Includes a fruit break of apples and bananas supplied by Fraser Coast Fresh Produce - participants can bring a small snack for the 20min break

Includes Insurance & Equipment (do not bring your own basketball)


*The School Holiday Training Camps are also ideal for aspiring referees and coaches. A free coaches clinic, practical on-court application session, information session, guidance and support is available upon inquiry during this training camp.
A referee information and guidance session is included to all participants aged 12+ and those interested in becoming a referee will be referred to the HBBA training and development Referee Coordinator.

Must bring a sweat towel, water bottle, wear comfortable clothes and wear basketball shoes. Do not wear hats please.

This camp is for Boys & Girls Aged 10+ (under 10 if played at least 1 season in club basketball)

This camp is offered to ALL clubs and ALL players of Basketball in the Hervey Bay region.
Whether you are brand new to the sport, played club basketball, currently playing rep basketball or have played Rep basketball in the past, this camp will get you on the right path to being a knowledgeable and confident player and teammate.

Crocs Basketball Club is the registered and affiliated club within the HBBA competition & Basketball Queensland and is owned, directed and operated by The Alley Oop Project and Wide Bay Basketball.
Information is provided from FIBA rules and regulations, HBBA by-laws, CQJBC rules and regulations, Basketball Queensland Codes of Conduct, FIBA & Basketball Australia Referee Resources, Australian Strength & Conditioning Association, Bio Force Conditioning, Mental Game Coaching Professional Association, Stretch Coach Institute and Australian Fitness Academy.
